Keeping Your Pets Happy
Regardless of your dog’s age, ability or quirks, each of my dog walks can be customized specifically for them. If your pet loves exploring our beautiful forest tracks or just getting some exercise around the block, I'll make sure they get the best out of their walk. Get in touch today with any questions about how I can help you and your furry friend.
PET & HOUSE SITTING
If you're worried about leaving your new puppy for long periods when you're away at work, or you're going away on holiday and are looking for someone to let your chickens out in the morning and to put to bed at night, then I can help. I can even carry out some household chores such as closing the curtains, or watering your plants. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs!
I am fully insured and trained in emergency canine first aid, so rest assured, that should the unexpected happen, I know what to do! I am a lifetime lover of animals and have had dogs most of my life. I currently have two cats and 5 chickens so you know that whenever your pets are in my care, they will be loved and repsected as if they were a part of my family.
ASK ME ANYTHING
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
At the moment, I can walk two dogs at a time. That is until I get my doggy transportation wagon, then I hope to walk around 4 at a time! I will keep you posted on my progress!
ARE YOU INSURED, POLICE CHECKED OR FIRST AID TRAINED?
I am fully insured through PBI (or Pet Business Insurance), have been police checked, and have completed my Canine Emergency First Aid Course in January 2020. I can show you these documents upon request.
CAN YOU BOARD MY PETS AT YOUR HOME?
I am not yet licenced by the council to provide daycare or overnight boarding for your pets. However, I am very happy to pop in to see your pets throughout the day in their own home, or provide house sitting duties for you. This can ease the stress on your pet as they maintain their home comforts, and can also make your home look occupied when you're away.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOOKING AFTER VERY YOUNG OR ELDERLY PETS?
Yes! My very first client, who I still look after today is Ted. He was 8 weeks old when I started to provide puppy care for him in his own home. I have been working alongside his mum and dad with his training, providing small walks starting from when he was vaccinated and old enough, have helped with his socialisation and provided lots of play. On the other end of the scale, I walk senior dogs so know that they will need shorter walks and less games but still provide the mental stimulation they need to keep them occupied. My own dog is a 15 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, so she needs very limited walks!
